A bell answers from somewhere ahead. A window opens. Someone laughs on an upper walkway. What was only Air in the Realm has become a place people know how to live inside.
You take one more step. The city does not explain itself. It makes room for you to notice it.

They are braided together in Ishaura, but they are not the same thing. A Civilization is an outer lived world. A Human Wayfinding Center is an inner symbolic coordinate.
