Purpose

The Ishaura Methodology treats identity as something that can be explored, understood, and intentionally developed over time rather than reduced to a fixed personality label.

The Meta-Personality Diagnostic gathers reflective responses and begins mapping identity, realms, archetypes, elemental patterns, cognitive modes, and developmental signals.

2Receive Identity Recognition

Results introduce the first identity layer. They are reflection tools—not permanent labels, factual certainty, or clinical diagnosis.

3Enter the Grand Atrium and Spiral Station

The Grand Atrium functions as the arrival and orientation complex. The Spiral Station organizes personalized documents, active offices, pathways, access, and next destinations.

4Explore Spiral Documents

Documents examine identity, behavior, cognition, movement, navigation, and active forces from different perspectives. Free layers provide orientation; deeper layers may require an unlock, pass, or membership.

5Reflect and Apply

Chapters, Living Books, prompts, practices, micro-actions, and pattern interrupts help move insight into everyday life.

6Participate

Participants may join quests, discussions, weekly challenges, learning paths, role systems, or civilization-building activities according to interest and availability.

7Return and Integrate

The Spiral is designed for return. Participants revisit documents and lessons as context changes, new patterns become visible, and deeper integration becomes possible.

Orientation Glossary

A Transformational RPG Beyond a Gaming Console

Ishaura is intentionally RPG- and MMORPG-inspired. Participants enter through a starting portal, receive an identity map, progress through realms, unlock layers of understanding, encounter challenges and shadow states, complete quests, gain recognition, take roles, and participate in an ongoing world.

Roles and Contribution

Community roles may include welcoming, storytelling, education, research, facilitation, design, moderation, event support, documentation, care, operations, or other forms of contribution.

Weekly Challenges, Quests, and Contests

Weekly activities may involve reflection, creativity, knowledge, collaboration, worldbuilding, or community service. Participation is optional unless a separate program clearly states otherwise.

Any sweepstakes, contest, or promotion involving prizes will be governed by separate official rules describing sponsor, eligibility, entry period, entry method, judging or winner selection, prizes, taxes, publicity rights, restrictions, and where the promotion is void.

Symbolic and Real-World Boundaries

• Realms, archetypes, ranks, forces, documents, and lore are symbolic and educational structures.
• They should not be treated as proof of supernatural status, medical condition, legal identity, professional qualification, or authority over another person.
• Game progress is not a measure of human worth.
• Participants may step away from public participation while continuing self-directed learning.
• Healthy real-world relationships, support systems, boundaries, and professional care remain important.

How AI May Be Used

Portions of the Platform may use artificial intelligence or automated systems to support:

• assessment interpretation and personalized educational summaries;
• archetypal, realm, cognitive-mode, or pattern descriptions;
• reflection questions and workbook support;
• organization of participant responses;
• possible next-step or practice suggestions;
• content assistance, quality review, and Platform operations;
• conversational reflection through external tools chosen by participants.

AI Is a Reflection Partner, Not an Authority

AI does not replace human judgment, licensed healthcare, therapy, emergency support, legal counsel, financial advice, teaching, coaching, or community relationships. Participants should evaluate outputs critically and consider context that an automated system may not know.

Known Limitations

AI-generated or AI-assisted content may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, generalized, inconsistent, outdated, or unintended. It may misunderstand participant responses or produce language that feels more certain than the evidence supports.

Participant Responsibility

• Do not use AI output as the sole basis for high-impact decisions.
• Do not submit passwords, payment data, government identification numbers, or another person’s confidential information.
• Review the privacy practices of external AI tools before using them.
• Seek qualified human support when a decision requires professional expertise.
• Report harmful or clearly inappropriate Platform-generated content to support.

Human Review and Improvement

Ishaura may review outputs, feedback, technical records, and de-identified or appropriately protected examples to improve safety, consistency, educational quality, and system performance, subject to the Privacy Policy and applicable law.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Ishaura’s website, assessment systems, community spaces, digital experiences, educational materials, AI-assisted content, purchases, or related services (collectively, the “Platform”), you agree to these Terms of Use and incorporated policies. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

The Platform is intended for adults age 18 and older. By using the Platform, you represent that you are at least 18, legally capable of agreeing to these Terms, and participating voluntarily.

3. Platform Purpose

Ishaura provides educational, informational, reflective, wellness-oriented, personal-development, narrative, and community experiences. The Platform may include assessments, identity mapping, archetypes, realms, ISHLQOUI modes, Spiral Documents, progression mechanics, quests, contests, guided learning, workbooks, coaching-related offerings, community participation, and AI-assisted tools.

4. No Professional or Emergency Services

Ishaura does not provide medical care, psychotherapy, psychiatric treatment, diagnosis, crisis counseling, emergency intervention, legal advice, financial advice, or other licensed professional services unless a specific service is separately described and delivered by an appropriately qualified professional under separate terms.

5. Participant Responsibility

Participation is voluntary. You remain responsible for your interpretations, decisions, actions, boundaries, wellbeing, relationships, purchases, and use of professional support. Ishaura does not guarantee transformation, healing, emotional state, relationship outcome, income, employment, status, or any other specific result.

6. Accounts, Links, and Access Records

• Keep account credentials, personalized links, access codes, and email accounts secure.
• Do not access or request another participant’s records without authorization.
• Provide accurate information and promptly report suspected unauthorized access.
• Ishaura may suspend access to protect participants, investigate misuse, or maintain Platform security.

7. Purchases, Memberships, and Digital Access

Prices, access periods, included sections, credits, renewal terms, cancellation terms, and refund rules are controlled by the offer and checkout disclosures presented at purchase. Digital access may be delivered immediately. Except where required by law or stated in a specific offer, purchases may be non-refundable after digital content or personalized access has been delivered or used.

Recurring plans continue until canceled according to the checkout terms. Participants are responsible for canceling before the next billing date when they do not wish to renew.

8. Community Roles, Quests, and Contests

Community roles and symbolic titles are participatory features. They do not create employment, partnership, agency, ownership, compensation, professional certification, or governance authority unless a separate written agreement expressly says so.

Contests, sweepstakes, or prize promotions may be subject to separate official rules. In the event of conflict, the specific promotion rules control that promotion.

9. Acceptable Use

You may not:

• harass, threaten, exploit, stalk, impersonate, intimidate, or discriminate against others;
• post illegal, infringing, fraudulent, deceptive, hateful, sexually exploitative, or dangerous content;
• provide unqualified medical, crisis, legal, or financial advice as if professionally authorized;
• attempt to obtain unauthorized records, credentials, systems, source code, or payment information;
• scrape, copy, reproduce, resell, train models on, or distribute protected Platform materials without permission;
• interfere with locks, entitlements, payments, security, rate limits, or Platform operation;
• use the Platform to recruit into coercive, predatory, extremist, exploitative, or unlawful activity.

10. Intellectual Property

Ishaura and its associated names, writings, assessments, scoring systems, archetypes, realms, ISHLQOUI framework, Spiral Documents, interfaces, lore, progression systems, educational materials, graphics, audio, video, downloads, and other original content are owned by or licensed to Ishaura and protected by applicable law.

Personal results may be used for individual reflection. No broader license is granted to copy, publish, teach, sell, adapt, scrape, reverse-engineer, create derivative commercial systems, or distribute proprietary materials without written permission.

11. User Content and Feedback

You retain rights you lawfully hold in original content you submit. You grant Ishaura a limited license to host, process, display, transmit, moderate, and use that content as reasonably necessary to provide, protect, and improve the Platform. Feedback and suggestions may be used without obligation to compensate unless separately agreed in writing.

12. Third-Party Services

The Platform may rely on third-party hosting, forms, databases, payment processors, email providers, analytics, community tools, AI services, and embedded content. Their terms and privacy practices may also apply. Ishaura is not responsible for third-party services outside its reasonable control.

13. Suspension and Termination

Ishaura may remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, revoke community roles, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to enforce policies, protect safety, prevent fraud, comply with law, respond to payment disputes, or maintain Platform integrity.

14. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Ishaura does not warrant uninterrupted access, error-free operation, exact assessment accuracy, compatibility with every device, or specific personal outcomes.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Ishaura, its founder, contractors, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages; loss of data, opportunity, goodwill, or profits; or harm arising from participant interpretation, third-party services, AI output, community conduct, or use of the Platform. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

16. Changes

Ishaura may update features, pricing, materials, assessments, policies, and these Terms. Material changes will be posted with a new update date and, where required, additional notice or consent.

• Technical and usage information: IP address, browser, device, timestamps, referral pages, cookies, analytics events, error logs, and security records.
• Information from service providers: confirmations or identifiers needed to operate payments, email delivery, hosting, databases, forms, analytics, AI-assisted processing, and community features.

• provide assessment results and personalized experiences;
• generate and display Spiral Documents and progress records;
• restore access, process purchases, manage memberships, and prevent fraud;
• deliver educational materials, onboarding, updates, and requested communications;
• support AI-assisted summaries, prompts, and reflective tools;
• operate community spaces, roles, contests, moderation, and reporting;
• improve usability, accessibility, content quality, safety, and technical performance;
• protect rights, investigate misuse, comply with law, and enforce policies.

4. AI-Assisted Processing

Assessment responses, prompts, or other information may be processed by automated or AI-assisted systems to organize data, generate personalized educational content, identify possible patterns, or support Platform operations. AI outputs may be inaccurate and are not medical or professional determinations.

Ishaura works to limit information shared with service providers to what is reasonably needed for the relevant function. Participants should not submit unnecessary highly sensitive information.

5. How Information May Be Shared

Ishaura may share information with:

• hosting, database, form, email, analytics, payment, customer-support, community, security, and AI service providers;
• contractors or professional advisers who need access for legitimate Platform work and are subject to appropriate obligations;
• law enforcement, regulators, courts, or other parties when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect safety, investigate fraud, or defend rights;
• a successor or transaction participant in connection with a merger, financing, reorganization, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to applicable protections;
• other parties when the participant directs or consents to the sharing.

If Ishaura sells or shares personal information as those terms are defined by applicable privacy law, the Privacy Policy will disclose that practice and provide legally required choices or opt-out methods.

6. Cookies and Analytics

The Platform may use cookies, local storage, pixels, logs, or similar technologies to remember progress, maintain sessions, restore access, understand use, prevent abuse, and improve performance. Browser settings may allow some controls, but disabling storage may affect personalized features.

7. Data Retention

Information is retained for as long as reasonably needed to provide the Platform, maintain access and transaction records, meet legal or accounting duties, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, prevent fraud, protect safety, and support legitimate operational needs. Retention periods vary by data type and context.

8. Data Security

Ishaura uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information and Platform. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Participants should protect their devices, email accounts, passwords, and personalized result links.

9. Privacy Rights and Requests

Depending on location and applicable law, participants may have rights to request confirmation, access, correction, deletion, portability, or information about certain processing, and may have rights to opt out of certain sales, targeted advertising, profiling, or sharing practices where those practices occur.

Submit requests to support@ishaura.com. Ishaura may need to verify identity before responding. Authorized-agent requests may require proof of authority. Some requests may be limited by legal exceptions, security needs, transaction records, or the rights of others.

10. Email Communications

Participants may receive essential assessment, purchase, security, access, or service messages. Marketing or educational emails may be unsubscribed through the message link or by contacting support. Unsubscribing from marketing does not stop essential transactional messages.

11. Children and Teens

The Platform is intended for adults age 18 and older and is not directed to children. Ishaura does not knowingly seek personal information from children under 13. If a parent or guardian believes a child submitted personal information, contact support so the matter can be reviewed.

12. International Use

If the Platform is accessed outside the United States, information may be processed in the United States or other locations where service providers operate. Privacy laws may differ from those in the participant’s location.

13. Policy Changes

This policy may be updated as the Platform, providers, or legal requirements change. The update date will be revised, and additional notice or consent will be provided where required.

Not Therapy, Medical Care, or Professional Advice

Ishaura is not psychotherapy, psychiatric treatment, medical care, diagnosis, crisis intervention, emergency support, legal advice, financial advice, or a substitute for qualified professional services.

Do not delay or discontinue professional care because of Platform content. Questions about symptoms, diagnosis, medication, treatment, safety, or high-impact decisions should be directed to an appropriately qualified professional.

By proceeding, the participant also acknowledges having access to the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy and consents to the processing reasonably necessary to provide the assessment and personalized results.

Emotional Safety

Some material may bring up discomfort, grief, stress, or memories. Participants may pause, skip, leave, seek support, or return later. No narrative, archetype, quest, or community expectation requires someone to disclose private trauma or continue when participation feels unsafe.

Purpose of the Community

Ishaura community spaces exist for growth, reflection, respectful dialogue, learning, creative participation, mutual support, role-based contribution, and civilization building. Participation requires respect for autonomy, consent, privacy, boundaries, and human dignity.

Community Expectations

• Distinguish personal experience from universal fact.
• Respect privacy, consent, names, identities, and boundaries.

Healthy Boundaries

Ishaura is a wellness-oriented educational environment, not a substitute for therapy, crisis services, medical care, family, friendship, work, or broader real-world support. Participants should maintain outside relationships and professional support appropriate to their needs.

No leader, moderator, role-holder, coach, or participant may demand isolation, unquestioning loyalty, financial sacrifice, secrecy from trusted people, or control over another participant’s healthcare, relationships, housing, employment, beliefs, or personal decisions.

Moderation Policy

Ishaura may review reports and relevant content; remove content; limit visibility; issue warnings; revoke roles; restrict features; pause or suspend accounts; remove members; preserve evidence; contact service providers or authorities when legally required or reasonably necessary for safety; and update policies as risks evolve.

Moderation decisions may consider severity, context, pattern, credibility, evidence, prior conduct, safety needs, privacy, and legal obligations. Ishaura may not be able to share confidential details about an investigation or action.

Reporting Process

Report harassment, threats, exploitation, unsafe interactions, privacy violations, scams, impersonation, or serious policy violations to safety@ishaura.com.

Include, when safely available:

• your contact email;
• the username or person involved;
• the page, group, post, event, or location;
• dates and approximate times;
• a factual description;
• screenshots, message links, or other relevant records.

Do not place yourself in danger to gather evidence. Knowingly false or retaliatory reports may result in action.

Immediate Danger and Crisis

Appeals

Where appropriate, a participant may request reconsideration by replying to the moderation notice or contacting safety with relevant context. Appeals do not guarantee reversal, and urgent protective restrictions may remain while review occurs.

What to Include

• the email connected to the assessment or purchase;
• the page, product, document, or community area involved;
• a concise description of the request;
• submission ID, order reference, or screenshot when relevant;
• the safest way to reply.

Never email a password, full debit or credit card number, Social Security number, or government identification document unless Ishaura has specifically provided a secure and necessary process.

Response Times

Please allow approximately 2–5 business days for ordinary support. Safety matters may be prioritized based on severity. Response estimates are not guarantees during launches, outages, high-volume periods, or investigations.
