The speaker goes silent.
Across the Atrium, the Central Registry Seal begins to turn.
One line of light leaves the seal. Then another. Somewhere beyond the chamber, the first office answers.
Some seals answer immediately. Others remain warm but unfinished. The Department does not make the finished doors wait for the unfinished ones.

A Sealed Docket Waits Beyond the Instrument Vault
The Department will not release this assignment until all four First Tools are in your Field Kit. The tools are training. The Greater Rite is what you will do with them.
Find the Sanctuary. Then Find the Scrolls.
Your Field Kit is complete. Your first task is not to search for a Scroll yet. First, locate the Sacred Spiral Sanctuary somewhere beyond the Department. Once you reach it, the second phase begins: use NOTICE · FOLLOW · QUESTION · RETURN to find the hidden Scrolls.
Leave DOSN and navigate the wider Ishaura Universe until you find the Sanctuary. The Department will not give you a direct route.
Once inside the Sanctuary, use the four First Tools as your search language. The signs must be discovered, not simply listed.
Clue I · Departure
Leave the Department through the place built to carry travelers between parts of Ishaura.
Clue II · After Transit
When transportation reaches its threshold, choose the inhabited civic center rather than a Realm gate.
Clue III · Within the City
Seek the district where stillness, regulation, presence, and return matter more than movement.
The clues reveal one layer at a time. They never replace the search.

Recover the four First Tools. When the Field Kit is complete, the Compass will choose from the offices that are actually open for this Born ID.
Eight Doors Turn Toward You
The First Star rises from your palm and hangs above the center of the floor. It does not point like an order. It brightens one threshold, then another, responding to the questions you carried through the Waters. When a Greater Rite clue is active, the Ledger may cause one door to answer more brightly—but the choice to cross remains yours.
You are no longer reading about the Department. You are standing inside it. Choose the door you are ready to touch.
